Jet A
Kerosene jet fuel, the fuel of every turbine engine on the United States register and of the diesel piston engines fitted to some light aircraft. Jet A, with a freezing point of −40 °C, is the grade sold in the United States; Jet A-1, which freezes at −47 °C, is the grade in most of the rest of the world. Sustainable aviation fuel is blended into Jet A and sold as Jet A.
