How this list is made
The employers are the ones already on this site from the FAA's own lists: the holders of charter and airline certificates, the flight schools, clubs and college programmes, the FBOs and the repair stations. For each one with a website, the site looks for its careers page and reads the openings it states, through the hiring system's published board where the employer uses one and otherwise from the page itself. The openings are shown in the employer's own words; the site does not rewrite them, estimate pay, or take applications.
Employers whose hiring systems do not allow automated reading are not read, so some airlines and large companies are missing; their openings are on their own careers pages. An employer can claim its listing to correct or remove its openings.
