INADVERTENT PARTIAL DEPLOYMENT OF THE EMERGENCY BALLISTIC RECOVERY PARACHUTE RESULTING IN A LOSS OF ENGINE THRUST AND AERODYNAMIC CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT.
