CLEARRegistration and identity

Valid registration to Lga Trading LLC, an LLC, certificate issued March 12, 2025, expires March 31, 2032. No fractional interest recorded. [1]

ATTENTIONAirworthiness certificate date

The airworthiness certificate on file is dated July 13, 2011, 21 years after the 1990 manufacture year. The cause is documented in the FAA aircraft records file, which the full report obtains. [1]

CLEARPrior registrations of this airframe

No earlier tail number is recorded against serial 5068 for this model in the deregistered file. [2]

ATTENTIONTail number reuse

N360 was previously assigned to 4 other aircraft: Minkler Roderick VENTURE M20 FAST-PRO (serial 75, cancelled July 20, 2005); Beech C-50 (serial CH-120, cancelled June 28, 1977); North American AT-6C (serial 10887, cancelled July 14, 1948). Aircraft on the NTSB record: Minkler Venture M20 · operated under 091

the overload failure of the horizontal stabilizers and elevators due to a pilot induced oscillation at a speed at or above Vne, which exceeded the design stress limits of the structure. Also causal was the intentional alteration by an unknown person or persons of the elevator down spring assembly, which likely reduced the stick force per G from a nominal 10 pounds to less than 1, and led to the pilot induced oscillation. An additional cause was the pilot's decision to operate the aircraft at, above, or near never exceed speed.
