The public federal record on N7MC, read the way a buyer, lender or insurer reads it: FAA registration, prior tail numbers keyed on the serial number, reuse of the tail number, recent registry filings, and the NTSB accident record under this and every earlier registration.

CLEARRegistration and identity

Valid registration to St Tammany Parish Mosquito Abatement District, a government body, certificate issued August 24, 2017, expires August 31, 2027. No fractional interest recorded. [1]

ATTENTIONAirworthiness certificate date

The airworthiness certificate on file is dated August 10, 2017, 50 years after the 1967 manufacture year. A re-issued certificate commonly follows export and re-import, a rebuild, or a return to the register after cancellation. The cause is documented in the FAA aircraft records file, which the full report obtains. [1]

CLEARPrior registrations of this airframe

No earlier tail number is recorded against serial 40 for this model in the deregistered file. [2]

ATTENTIONTail number reuse

N7MC was previously assigned to 1 other aircraft: Beech 65-A90-1 (serial LM-106, cancelled August 29, 2016). Histories keyed to the tail number alone can mix aircraft up; this check keys on the serial number. [2]

NOTERecent registry documents

No bills of sale, loans or releases have reached the registry in recent weeks. The index covers only recent filings; older liens are in the records file. [3]

Aircraft on the NTSB record: Beech 65 A90 1 · operated under PUBU

The unstable approach in black-hole conditions, resulting in the airplane overshooting the runway extended centerline and descending well below a safe glidepath for the runway. Contributing to the accident was the lack of monitoring by the copilot allowing the pilot to fly well below a normal glidepath.
