On June 3, 2026, about 1320 central daylight time, an Air Tractor AT-602 airplane, N50050, was substantially damaged when it was involved in an accident near Breaux Bridge, Louisiana. The pilot was not injured. The airplane was operated as a Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations Part 137 agricultural application flight. The pilot reported that the engine started normally and ran flawlessly for the initial portion of the 5-minute flight.
