SHORTLY AFTER LIFT OFF THE PAX SEATED IN THE COPLT'S SEAT PUSHED THE CYCLIC CONTROL STICK FWD WITH HIS KNEE. THE PLT WAS UNABLE TO RECOVER BEFORE IMPACT WITH THE GROUND. THE HELICOPTER ROLLED OVER AFTER TOUCHDOWN.
