WHILE ON FINAL APCH, THE PLT ALLOWED THE AIRSPEED TO DECAY. AS A RESULT THE ACFT STALLED, IMPACTED THE GROUND NOSE LOW & NOSED OVER AFTER THE NOSE LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED.
