THE TAILWHEEL AIRCRAFT WAS LANDED INTO A STRONG LEFT CROSSWIND, EXPERIENCED A LOSS OF DIRECTIONAL CONTROL, FOLLOWED BY A GROUND LOOP, AND NOSE OVER.
