THE STUDENT PILOT WAS PRACTICING TOUCH AND GO LANDINGS ON A SNOW COVERED RUNWAY WHEN THE PILOT LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT, STRUCK A RUNWAY PERIMETER SNOW BERM AND NOSED OVER.
