On August 27, 2025, about 1741 mountain daylight time, a Mooney M20J, N5764H, was destroyed when it was involved in an accident near Nampa, Idaho. The pilot and two passengers were fatally injured. The airplane was operated as a Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations Part 91 personal flight. According to family members of the occupants, the purpose of the flight was to fly from Nampa Municipal Airport (MAN), Nampa, Idaho to McMinnville Municipal Airport (MMV), McMinnville, Oregon.
