On October 5, 2025, about 1310 central daylight time, a Piper PA-28-140, N4218T was substantially damaged when it was involved in an accident near McGregor, Minnesota. The pilot and two passengers were seriously injured. The airplane was operated under the provisions of Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations Part 91 as a personal flight. The airplane departed from Isedor Iverson Airport (HZX) McGregor, Minnesota, and impacted a marsh field about .6 nm from the departure end of runway 14.
