PILOT'S FAILURE TO ADHERE TO PROCEDURES AND ENSURE THE AIRCRAFT HAD SUFFICIENT AIRSPEED BEFORE ATTEMPTING ROTATION AND CLIMBOUT. AIRSPEED WAS INADEQUATE TO MAINTAIN FLIGHT, AND JUST AFTER THE LANDING GEAR WAS RETRACTED THE AIRCRAFT SETTLEDTO THE GROUND.
