On April 13, 2025, about 0850 Pacific daylight time, a Cessna 182L, N182VE, was substantially damaged when it was involved in an accident near Erie, Nevada. The pilot and two passengers were uninjured, and one passenger sustained minor injuries. The airplane was operated as a Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations Part 91 personal flight. The pilot reported that he had departed Henderson Executive Airport, Las Vegas, Nevada (HND) for a personal scenic flight around the Las Vegas area about 0830.
