THE PILOT'S IMPROPER COMPENSATION FOR WIND CONDITIONS AND IMPROPER FLARE DURING THE LANDING. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS WERE:THE WIND CONDITIONS AND THE PILOT'S LACK OF EXPERIENCE IN THIS MAKE AND MODEL OF AIRCRAFT.
