These special conditions are issued for the Aerospatiale Model AS 332L2 helicopter. This helicopter will have a novel or unique emergency contingency 30-second/2-minute one-engine-inoperative (OEI) rating. These special conditions contain additional safety standards that the Administrator considers necessary to establish a level of safety equivalent to that established by the airworthiness standards of part 29 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR).
