These special conditions are issued for the Aerospatiale Model AS 332L2 helicopter. This helicopter will have a novel and unusual design feature associated with an Integrated Flight Display System. These special conditions contain additional safety standards that the Administrator considers necessary to establish a level of safety equivalent to that provided by the applicable airworthiness standards.
