These special conditions are issued for the Beech Aircraft Corporation (Beech) Model 400A airplane. This airplane will have an unusually high operating altitude (45,000 feet) when compared to the state of technology envisioned in the airworthiness standards of part 25 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR). These special conditions contain the additional safety standards which the Administrator considers necessary to establish a level of safety that is equivalent to that established by the airworthiness standards of part 25.
