These special conditions are issued for the Cessna Aircraft Model 750 airplane. This airplane will have novel and unusual design features, relating to its electronic rudder flight control system, when compared to the state of technology envisioned in the airworthiness standards of part 25 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR). These special conditions contain the additional safety standards that the Administrator considers necessary to establish a level of safety equivalent to that provided by the airworthiness standards of part 25.
