About
Grön Fuels is a 65,000 barrel per day renewable fuels facility producing Sustainable Aviation Fuel, Renewable Diesel, and Green Hydrogen as low carbon transportation fuels. The facility utilizes Haldor Topsoe's Hydroflex technology and Alfa Laval pretreatment technology, heat transfer, and water treatment equipment in the design of the plant. Located at the Port of Greater Baton Rouge, it benefits from existing infrastructure such as a unit train terminal, a large grain elevator, a deepwater port, and interconnection with the Bengal Pipeline. The project is distinct in that it is not integrated with fossil refinery complexes and uses the Fidelis RACER™ design framework to optimize efficiency

A company page draws on the SAFxCHANGE record: the agreement table (2013 to late 2023), the plants table (December 2023) and what the reader has found in the news since, marked unverified until checked. The categories follow the SAFxCHANGE value-chain map; they were assigned from the company's role in the deals and plants and from what is written about it, and a company can fill more than one. Names are matched by their words, so a company recorded under two very different names may show on two pages.
