African Refinery Port Harcourt Limited (ARPHL) is a special purpose vehicle incorporated to collocate a 100,000BPD crude oil refinery in Nigeria. ARPHL was selected as the winning bidder for the Port Harcourt Collocation Project after submitting a proposal to the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). Under a Memorandum of Understanding with NNPC, ARPHL will own and operate the refinery, benefiting from direct crude supply and access to shared services.
