THE ACFT CRASHED WHEN IT FAILED TO BECOME AIRBORNE DURING THE TAKEOFF RUN. THE PLT & WITNESSES AGREED THAT SNOW WAS NOT REMOVED FROM THE ACFT PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.
