DURING AN AERIAL APPLICATION FLIGHT, THE PLT ENTERED A RIGHT TURN DURING A 'BORDER PASS.' WHILE IN THE RIGHT TURN, THE RIGHT WING STRUCK THE GROUND AND THE AIRCRAFT CARTWHEELED & CRASHED.
