ACCORDING TO THE PILOT, DURING FLARE/TOUCHDOWN THE AIRCRAFT WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED WHEN HE LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT DUE TO A CROSS WIND.
