THE PLT INADVERTENTLY STALLED THE ACFT DURING PULL-UP AFTER MAKING A PASS 20 FT ABOVE COYOTES ON THE GROUND. THE ACFT IMPACTED LEVEL TERRAIN AND SLID THROUGH A WIRE FENCE.
