THE PLT STATED THAT DURING TAKEOFF A GUST OF WIND BLEW THE ACFT TO THE RIGHT AND HE DECIDED TO ABORT THE TAKEOFF. DURINGTHE ABORT THE ACFT DEPARTED THE RWY, WENT DOWN A BANK AND CAME TO REST UPSIDE DOWN.
