THE ACFT STRUCK A TREE APPROXIMATELY 1/2 MI FROM THE APPROACH END OF RWY 08. NO FUEL WAS ON BOARD THE ACFT. THE GEAR WERE DOWN & THE FLAPS WERE IN THE 10 DEG POSITION.
