PLT LANDED IN CROSSWIND CONDITIONS, VEERED OFF THE EDGE OF THA RWY ONTO ROUGH, UNLEVELED TERRAIN. THE NOSEWHEEL COLLAPSED AND THE AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER.
