DURING FINAL THE ACFT BALLOONED. THE PLT ADDED POWER FOR A GO-AROUND BUT THE ACFT SETTLED TO THE RWY NOSE GEAR FIRST. GEAR, PROP & FIREWALL DAMAGE.
