On April 9, 2009, about 1030 UTC, a Cirrus SR-22, a personal flight, collided with high terrain at an elevation of about 6700 feet, at Tizintichka, Morocco. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed and the airplane was on a VFR flight plan. The pilot and 3 passengers were fatally injured. The airplane was destroyed.
