On June 29, 2025, about 0654 eastern daylight time, a Cessna 441, N441LS, was destroyed when it was involved in an accident near Warren, Ohio. The airline transport pilot and five passengers were fatally injured. The airplane was operated as a Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations personal flight.
