THE PLT WAS TURNING INTO TAKEOFF POSITION AT THE END OF THE RWY WHEN THE RT WHEEL ENCOUNTERED A LOW SPOT AND THE RT WINGDIPPED DOWN AND HIT A FENCE POST.
