WHILE ON A PERSONAL FLT WITH REPORTED THUNDERSTORMS IN THE VICINITY, THE PLT LOST CONTROL OF THE HOMEBUILT ACFT WHILE ON FINAL APRCH TO LAND. THE ACFT DESCENDED & COLLIDED WITH TERRAIN.
