A POWER LOSS OCCURRED DURING TAKEOFF & THE AIRPLANE SUBSEQUENTLY LANDED HARD IN AN OPEN FIELD. THE FUEL FILTER WAS CLOGGED WITH FIBERGLASS SHAVINGS.
