A PRIVATE PILOT SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED HIS AIRCRAFT WHILE ATTEMPTING A LANDING ON A GRASS STRIP IN LINDALE, TX. THE PILOT OVERSHOT THE AIRSTRIP, AND CRASHED IN A FIELD OFF THE END OF THE RUNWAY.
