DURING THE INITIAL CLIMBOUT THE PILOT STALLED THE AIRCRAFT, LOST CONTROL AND CRASHED OFF THE DEPARTED END OF THE AIRSTRIP. AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT, THE PILOT DEPARTED WITH A TAILWIND.
