59-23-01 PIAGGIO: Applies to All Models P.136-L1 and P.136-L2 Aircraft. Compliance required by December 31, 1959. In order to preclude the water rudder cables from fouling the bolt end and nuts that secure the microswitch to the water rudder retraction cylinder, a cable guard plate must be installed. The Registro Aeronautico Italiano considers compliance mandatory. (Piaggio & Co. Change Order No. 36 L-48 covers the same subject.)
