On October 7, 2025, about 1825 mountain daylight time, a Piper PA24 airplane, N7946P, was substantially damaged in an accident near Vineyard, Utah. The pilot and pilot-rated passenger were not injured. The flight was conducted under Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations Part 91 personal flight. The pilot reported that he and a pilot-rated passenger departed South Valley Regional Airport (SVR), West Jordan, Utah.
