On January 14, 2025, about 1830 central standard time, a Piper PA-28-181 airplane, N504AF, was substantially damaged when it was involved in an accident near Addsion, Texas. The pilot was not injured. The airplane was operated as a Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations Part 91 personal flight. The pilot reported that during the initial climb, at about 150 ft above ground level, the engine lost partial power.
