THE PILOT'S FAILURE TO ASSURE THAT THE LANDING GEAR WAS DOWN AND LOCKED. FACTORS RELATING TO THIS ACCIDENT WERE THE ALTERNATOR FAILURE DUE TO A BROKEN WIRE AND THE LOW BATTERY OUTPUT.
