THE DUAL STUDENT ALLOWED THE AIRPLANE TO STALL BECAUSE OF IMPROPER USE OF THE THROTTLE, WHICH RESULTED IN A TOUCH DOWN SHORT OF THE PROPER POINT. A FACTOR IN THE ACCIDENT WAS THE INADEQUATE SUPERVISION BY THE FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR.
