The pilot and passenger on board sustained no injuries. The flight was conducted under Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations Part 91 as a personal flight. The airplane departed from Hampton Roads Airport, PVG, Chesapeake, Virginia, and was enroute to Currituck County Airport, ONX, in Maple, North Carolina.
