FACTORS RELATED TO THE ACCIDENT WERE: THE WEATHER (CARBURETOR ICING CONDITIONS), AND OBSTACLES (TREES) IN THE EMERGENCY LANDING AREA THAT PREVENTED THE PILOT FROM FLARING THE AIRCRAFT AT THE PROPER TIME.
