THE HELICOPTER ENTERED AN UNCONTROLLED RIGHT ROLL WHILE LIFTING OFF FROM A TRAILER & STRUCK THE GROUND WITH THE M/R. THE PLT REPORTED THE TRAILER WAS NOT LEVEL.
