DURING TAKE OFF THE AIRPLANE WAS SEEN BY WITNESSES TO BE AT A SLOW AIRSPEED. THE NOSE OF THE AIRPLANE CAME UP AND STALLED AT ABOUT 80 FEET AGL. THE AIRPLANE DESCENDED UNCONTROLLED AND HIT THE GROUND.
