BOTH THE NOSE GEAR AND THE LEFT MAIN GEAR COLLAPSED DURING LANDING. DAMAGE TO THE LEFT WING AND NOSE SECTION OF THE AIRPLANE INDICATED THAT A HARD LANDING WAS MADE.
