WHILE CLIMBING, SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF, THE ENG QUIT FOR UNDETERMINED REASONS. THE PILOT AUTOROTATED INTO A SAND BANK WHERE THE HELICOPTER RECEIVED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE.
