DURING THE LANDING ROLL, THE PRIVATE PILOT LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL WHEN THE AIRCRAFT ENCOUNTERED TALL GRASS AND SOFT SURFACE CONDITIONS ON THE PRIVATE SOD STRIP. THE AIRCRAFT SPUN AROUND AND NOSED OVER.
