FAILURE OF THE PILOT TO PROPERLY SECURE THE AIRCRAFT AND/OR ADEQUATELY BRIEF THE PASSENGER (STUDENT PILOT), AND INADVERTENT BUMPING OF THE THROTTLE BY THE PASSENGER.
