PLT WAS ATTEMPTING TO MAKE A 3 POINT STALL LANDING WHEN A GUST OF WIND WAS ENCOUNTERED, RESULTING IN A HARD LANDING. PLT REPORTED THE WIND WAS GUSTING TO 20 KTS.
